About Our OfficeDr. Gary Balas was born and raised in Hammond, Indiana. Upon completing his dental degree at Loyola University, Chicago in 1986 he and his wife settled in the Chicago area. After moving to Arlington Heights in 1989 Dr Balas pursued his career and established his practice in 1992. With four active children Dr. Balas is kept busy with coaching youth sports, as well as practicing dentistry! Dr. Balas is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois State Dental Society. He is also a member of the L.D. Pankey Alumni Association. At the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, Dr. Balas successfully completed the continuum study levels I through VI (1994-1999). He continued his education through the Hornbrook Group Advanced Education in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry (2004 – 2005). The Daily Herald newspaper recognized Dr. Balas with the Best Dentist award in 2007. He and his team of highly skilled professionals are dedicated to providing quality care as well as an outstanding patient experience in the practice. |
