 Patty, Business Coordinator
- Has been in the dental field since 1981 and with Dr. Balas since 2006
- Coordinates the business aspects of the practice including marketing and patient care relations
- Assists patients with financing options

- Personal information: Native of Illinois, has lived in Arlington Heights since 1990
- Family: Husband, Jim, 3 grown children with families of their own
- Activities: traveling, decorating, crafts, spending time with grandchildren

Maggie, Patient Care Coordinator

► Activities: Enjoys being a new mom, scrapbooking, gardening.
Volunteer at Therapeutic Riding facilities (Cowboy Dreams in Barrington and
Carousel Stables in Manteno). Huge animal lover!
► Maggie's warm personality comes through as she helps patients schedule their
appointments. Her knowledge of insurance benefits is vast and she is always eager
to help patients maximize their benefits.
 Urszula, Chairside Dental Assistant
- Has been in the dental field since 2005 and with Dr. Balas since 2007
- Assists Dr. Balas in providing dental treatment for patients
- Completed Coronal Polishing and Dental Sealant Course
- Favorite thing about the practice of dentistry: Treating patients in a memorable way so that they tell others about how great the practice is.

Robert, Chairside Dental Assistant
