"Dr. Balas became my dentist in 1999 during a stressful time in my life. He and his staff have always been sympathic and caring. He never charged me for the last minute appointment when 'the Pain' was from my sinus and not my tooth! Dr Balas is the best!"

"I left Dr. Balas' office one day and said the words, 'this is not just a dentist office'. It is true! The entire team from Patty and Maggie at the front desk, to ALL the hygienists, to Dr. Balas, they are all the most sincere caring team of professionals I have experienced. They each have an amazing gift of remembering names of patients and truly care about their patients. I have recommended this practice to numerous friends whom are now their patients and have all had the same caring, enjoyable and highly professional experience. Sometimes, with 3 little ones at home, I see my appointment at Dr Balas' as a 'break'. Now that is saying something. Not only have I appreciated the team's care for me as a patient, but my 7 year old and my 5 year old look forward to their dentist appointment. As a child I was terrified of the dentist and to see the joy that my children have when I tell them they 'get' to go see Dr Balas this week, is truly amazing. I am so thankful and will continue referring anyone I know in need of 'not just a dentist office' but an amazing group of people who care about each of their patients, and do amazing dental work also."
